Refund policy
We have a 30-day free return policy. It mean Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label from UPS or FedEx. Please put shipping label to the package and drop it at your closest UPS/FedEx drop off point.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Also please provide the photos of shipment and item to expedite the process. Clearly state your preference would you like to receive a replacement or a refund and submit it to info@norrastore.us
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted, please clearly state that you wand exchange instead or refund.
Refunds
We will notify you if refund is approved once we’ve received and inspected your return. If refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
